It's Monday again which means, we need a new meal plan:
Monday - White Chicken Chili (Freezer), Salad, Zucchini Muffins ($2 - chili from freezer and counted in cost last week)
Tuesday - Red Stroganoff, Salad, Brown Rice, Corn ($4)
*Make Wheat Bread
*Make Hamburger Patties, when buy hamburger
Wednesday - Baked Potato Bar with leftover Chili, Salad Bar, Bread? ($2)
*Make Black Bean Hamburger Patties
Thursday - Cafe Rio Pork (Freezer), Rice, Beans ($3.50 - need some toppings & tortillas)
Friday - Hamburgers, Potatoes, Carrots ($4)
Saturday - Stuffed Pizza (Freezer) OR Hot Dogs, Chips, Carrots for hike ($3)
Sunday - Teriyaki Chicken, Couscous, Salad, Jello, Stir-Fry Veggies, Fancy Dessert ($8)
Total Cost for the Week = $26.50 (it's a mostly freezer week to stretch the grocery bill a bit - and it saves some time)
